I have no more way of verifying this than you do, but I’ve been told Jones has been kept out of the lineup most times because they’re working with him a lot pre-game. The thing that I thought was interesting in tonights game was, I actually saw hit and runs and people stealing bases. I can not remember the last time the mariners even tried a hit and run.
